Mt. Washington is a community on the east side of Cincinnati off of Beechmont Avenue. On Beechmont heading east from Mt. Lookout you can't miss the Water Tower on your right. Water Tower Fine Wines sits right by the Tower. Thanks for reading!

I assumed it would be in the Water Tower, downtown. Or am I thinking of Chicago? Guess so--the tower downtown Cincy is called Carew Tower. I don't know where Mt Washington OH is.
Will find out though. Thanks for the news.
