When you think of Sushi, Sake or Kirin usually comes to mind as the beverage of choice.  Wine, though, pairs really nicely with sushi if you do a little bit of homework.  Asking your waiter or the house sommelier for a recommendation is always your safest bet, but this segment from In Wine Country should also give you some confidence the next time you visit one of Cincinnati’s great sushi spots.
