			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So this is the business idea of the week for you entrepreneurs out there looking to get into the wine and/or food game!  <em><a href="http://www.inwinecountry.com">In Wine Country</a></em> highlights <strong>Ottimista Enoteca-Cafe</strong> in San Francisco, an Italian wine bar serving 35-40 wines by the glass and another 250 by the bottle.  Wines are complimented by simple small plates in the true <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enoteca">Italian enoteca style</a>.  I love the concept because it&#8217;s so fitting to what I love about the wine culture: comfortable and casual where friends can gather to enjoy great wine, great food and great company.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you&#8217;ve seen the movie <em>Bottle Shock</em> like I have (several times) you&#8217;re well aware of the famous <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Judgement_of_Paris_wine">1976 Judgement of Paris Wine</a> Tasting that essentially put the Napa Valley front and center on the world wine stage.  Two Napa Valley wines, the <strong>1973 Chateau Montelena Chardonnay</strong> and the <strong>1973 Stag Leap Wine Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon</strong>, shocked the French and the wine world by taking first among the whites and reds.  A few years ago this event was recreated to celebrate the 30th anniversary.  Our favorite wine show,<em> <a href="http://inwinecountry.com">In Wine Country</a></em>, brings us the full story and the results of the rematch.</p>
